Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery status.

 

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal: 3 to 10 business days

  • European Union: 5 to 15 business days

  • Other destinations: 7 to 25 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays due to external factors such as logistics, customs, strikes, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

 

3. Customs and Duties

Some orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or inspections, depending on the destination country.

Aires is not responsible for delays, holds, or additional costs related to customs.
Payment of any additional fees is the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Shipping Responsibility

After the order has been shipped:

  • Aires is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or carriers

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transportation

  • If the product arrives damaged, the customer must report the issue directly to the carrier

 

5. Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.

Aires is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to the sender due to an address error, the customer may be required to pay new shipping costs.

 

6. Undelivered or Lost Orders

If the carrier marks the order as delivered but the customer claims not to have received it, responsibility lies with the postal service.

Aires is not responsible for lost orders after delivery confirmation.

 

7. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

The customer may request order cancellation within 24 hours after payment, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

After the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
