These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Aires website and the purchase of Sim Racing products, including cockpits, steering wheels, shifters, pedals, and accessories.

Aires operates as an online store specialized in Sim Racing equipment, offering products for purchase through its website.

We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability without prior notice.

In the event of unavailability after purchase, the customer will be informed and refunded.

 

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in euros (€) and may include VAT, when applicable.

Payments are processed through secure platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the supplier and destination.

Aires is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Shipping costs will be displayed before completing the purchase.

 

6. Returns and Refund Policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, in accordance with Portuguese law.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in good condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, except in cases of error by Aires.

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within the legal timeframe.

 

7. Warranty

All products sold by Aires benefit from a 3-year legal warranty in Portugal, except where legal exceptions apply.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, or modifications.

 

8. Liability

Aires shall not be held responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from incorrect use of the products

  • Technical issues beyond our control

  • Website interruptions

  • Subjective expectations regarding Sim Racing performance

Products are intended for recreational and/or competitive use, not for real professional driving.

 

9. User Account

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.

Aires reserves the right to suspend accounts in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aires website, including logos, images, texts, and design, is the property of the brand and may not be copied without authorization.
